Single vineyard wine from Dinning's in the King Valley. Medium/full bodied Shiraz from the warmer, lower end of the King Valley Gl.

"Machine picked fruit from a single vineyard. 15% whole berries, fermented in half-tonne bins, hand plunged, pressed off after about a week, matured in seasoned oak. Stamped with an intriguing scene of wild herbs, Aussie bush and briar; upon which highly spiced black fruit rests. It's quite a savoury picture fuelled by some noticeable alcohol warmth. The sweet-fruited middle palate brings it on home. A less complicated shiraz but in a good way: open and honest, 88 points".

"Purple and black colour, overt aromas of oak and blueberry pie. Chewy texture and a generous body, with concentrated flavours of black fruits, vanilla and smoke. Mellow tannin and a savoury, juicy finish, 87 points".
